Adam Bow joins Carat APAC to head up content

Carat has appointed Adam Bow as regional director of content and digital for Asia Pacific.

Bow, who was previously based in New York, will work with the regional Carat team to help drive content strategy and develop new solutions for key regional clients.

Sean O’Brien, chief executive of Carat Asia Pacific, said: “More and more marketers are looking for strong content to support their media strategy, so it’s important we have the right team in place to support this need.

“[Bow’s] experience and skillset is the perfect addition. Having driven the content strategy for the US for the past two years I’m confident he will support our clients well in his new role here in Asia Pacific,” he added.

Bow said: “By working on content strategy and building out capabilities across Asia Pacific we’ll be able to provide brands with more engaging ways to connect with consumers and be more culturally relevant when doing so.”

Bow started his career in 2006 where he worked as marketing manager at Performance Bridge Advertising. He then moved to PHD as a digital strategist, before being promoted to emerging media and social media strategist and supervisor for content strategy.

In 2010, he took on a role in product marketing for MediaMind, before moving to Carat USA in early 2013 to head up content and digital planning.

Bow will be based out of Singapore.
