Fashion TV (FTV) is dedicated to beauty, fashion and style. It reaches an audience of 21- to 44-year-old businessmen and women with an interest in fashion and new technology. In the last twelve months, FTV launched a full high definition service and expanded its operations with dedicated services in Serbia, Arabia and Japan.
A large proportion of the channel’s output focuses on fashion weeks staged in the industry’s busiest cities including New York, Milan, Paris and London. Typical scheduling includes features, interviews and insight from industry designers, models and photographers. Themed programs are aired regularly on fashion’s relationship with film, music, sport and travel. The channel’s latest addition to its programme portfolio, Top Brands, focuses on the major industry players including the likes of Gucci and D&G. In 2010, FTV is looking to extend its brand operations with the launch of a series of branded products from mobile phones to champagne. It will also sponsor Aston Martin for 6 European GT3 races.
