Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired commerce specialist agency eCommera.
ECommera provides multi-channel commerce services and platforms for international brands and retailers. According to a company statement, eCommera will amplify Dentsu Aegis commerce proposition globally.
Headquartered in the UK, eCommera and its team of 275 staff across multiple locations will join Isobar, Dentsu Aegiss global digital agency. Mark Fagan, the CEO of eCommera, will report to Tracy De Groose, CEO UK and Ireland, Dentsu Aegis Network.
