Havas has launched a third media network, FullSIX Media, to “absorb complexity” and provide data driven strategies for clients.
As of September, Havas’ Forward Media network will combine with FullSIX Media – acquired in 2015 – to create a new global network covering Europe, LatAm and the US, to go alongside the group’s existing networks, Havas Media and Arena Media.
FullSIX Group founder and chief executive Marco Tinelli will join the Havas Media Group executive committee to lead this transformation, which aims to include a full integration with CRM, earned and owned media and dynamic creative capabilities.
“Data and digital first has always been what FullSIX is about and we are proud to enrich the Forward Media offering with this expertise for the benefit of our clients,” commented Tinelli.
“This is going to be a game changer for brands that want to win in the digital age. Our ambition is to absorb complexity and to bring the most effective solutions and data driven strategies to our clients in the most transparent way.”
While FullSIX Media will remain autonomous in its innovation, vision and trading assets, it will be fully integrated with Havas Media Group capabilities globally.
“The integration of the FullSIX Group within the Havas Group has been a real success and has brought enormous added value to the creative side of our business,” said Havas Group chief executive officer Yannick Bolloré.
“We are therefore delighted to be able to replicate this winning model to our media assets by launching FullSIX Media, a unique offering on the market to accompany our clients through their digital transformation.”
It follows the announcement in June that Havas Media Group will launch fully-owned operations in Malaysia.
