1 – SUMMARISE YOURSELF IN THREE WORDS.

“Funny, impatient, fair.”

2 – WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO PURSUE A CAREER IN MEDIA AND MARKETING

“Originally I didn’t know I wanted a career in media, but after falling into it and seeing how fun and dynamic it was, I loved it.”

3 – DESCRIBE YOUR IDEAL CLIENT.

“A client who is brave, who wants to make a difference with the work we do together and who trusts us to do just that. We are lucky at the7stars because we have attracted a lot of brave, fun clients who we really enjoy working with.”

4 – NAME YOUR FAVOURITE EVER CAMPAIGN.

“It has to be Wonderbra – hello boys.”

5 – WHICH AWARD WIN ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF, AND WHY?

“I’m torn on this. I am very proud of our Sunday Times best company awards (we have been named in the top five for four years in a row). I’m really interested in workplace culture and building teams in non-traditional ways, so the Sunday Times accolade means a lot to me.  However, we also won Agency of the Year last year with both Media Week and Campaign Magazine, which was a huge achievement for the whole team here!”

6 – WHO IS THE BEST INDUSTRY SPEAKER YOU HAVE SEEN?

“Bob Hoffman.”

7 – WHICH IS YOUR FAVOURITE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM, AND WHY?

“Twitter –  it keeps me up to date with news, as well as @mullinsarama’s House of Cards addiction.”

8 – WHERE IS YOUR IDEAL MEETING VENUE?

“The pub (we are named after one after all).”

9 – WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE RESTAURANT?

“Le Relais De Venice in Marylebone.”

10 – WHAT IS HOT IN INTERNATIONAL MEDIA AND MARKETING, AND WHAT IS NOT?

“Hot – Local Planet – a brand new global alternative to the big media networks.

“Not – Brexit – it’s already hurting a lot of our clients’ businesses.”

11 – WHICH INDUSTRY BUZZWORD WOULD YOU BAN?

“A lot of them, but I’d start with ‘managing talent’.  I think it’s an oxymoron as true talent needs inspiration, not management.”

12 – WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN 10 YEARS’ TIME?

“Right here – I love my job, the agency and the fantastic team we have built.”

13 – FINALLY, WHO WOULD PLAY YOU IN A MOVIE OF YOUR LIFE?

“I don’t know but she would have to be tall, brunette and slightly scary.”
