MEC has named Veronica Norcross as its new client services director for the Latin America region.
Norcross has been part of MEC’s international client leadership team for nine years, most recently as managing partner with MEC Global Solutions in London leading the General Electric business
She will be responsible for developing and implementing “strong client-centric solutions” for all key regional clients. Reporting to MEC Latin America chief executive Renato de Paula, Norcross will be based at the network’s LatAm headquarters in Miami.
Paula said: “[Norcross] is an extremely experienced client leader with a sharp focus on clients and what they need to thrive in today’s complex and competitive market. She is a role model in our industry and beyond, and I couldn’t think of anyone better suited to lead our regional clients to continued growth.”
Norcross added: “I believe that we can only be great partners for our clients if we treat their business as our business. So, to help our clients in the region towards real business growth, my first action will be to spend time with them and with our MEC teams to understand their goals, challenges and opportunities for 2017 and beyond.”
MEC is looking to roll out its content division, MEC Wavemaker, to all markets in the LatAm region.
