Ebiquity acquires FirmDecisions

Ebiquity is furthering its mandate to provide clients with media contract transparency through the acquisition of marketing compliance business FirmDecisions.
FirmDecisions offers advertising and production auditing services and contract advice. The deal will allow Ebiquity to present marketers with a more complete overview of media contract compliance.
The deal follows the company’s February launch of out-of-home auditing service Three Outdoor Media in the UK amid calls to create more transparency in the outdoor industry.
FirmDecisions will continue to operate as a standalone business from within Ebiquity’s Soho offices.
“We have long seen the benefits of being able to provide this service alongside the complementary media performance measurement services offered by Ebiquity. It’s a great combination,” says FirmDecisions chief executive Stephen Broderick.
