Mindshare launches intuitive marketing intelligence platform

Mindshare has launched Core, a marketing intelligence platform designed to be usable by individuals without a technical background.
The open source data-driven marketing platform aims to help analysts and non-technical users make better informed campaign decisions. It offers information on real time marketing spend, audience targeting and creative optimisation and will allow marketers to mix their own business intelligence data with a single source of external marketing intelligence data.
The marketing intelligence data provided by the platform includes media channel spend, performance data, social data, paid and owned media audience data, in-stream data and real-time trading data.
“We have invested heavily in developing CORE because we believe it is the future of marketing,” says Mindshare Worldwide chief executive Nick Emery. “We are bringing together state of the art technology providers to truly deliver real time business and media data. Everyone claims this with some empty dashboard, we are doing it.”
The system has is driven by technology partners including 24/7 Media, Adobe, Acxiom, Exponential and Nielsen.
“Gone are the traditional data silos, black boxes and the need for complicated coding or middle men historically needed for marketing professionals to access or ask questions of the data. Data now is truly at their fingertips,” says Mindshare Worldwide chief technology officer Steve Plimsoll.
