Lego, Pepsi, M&S and Samsung among Braves shortlist heroes

Lego, Pepsi, M&S and Samsung feature in the roll call of brands in the Braves shortlist.
The Braves celebrate the best in brand video, and set new benchmarks of quality in video campaign, content and technical achievement. The first video award competition from C Squared enjoyed an enthusiastic industry response with submissions from agencies and advertisers including OMD, Mediacom, Starcom MediaVest Group, Microsoft and Ogilvy.
The categories, split into Content, Campaign and Technical Braves, include ‘Best Adaptation of a TV Ad for Web’, ‘Best Long Form Branded Content’, ‘Best Social Video’ and ‘Award for Technical Innovation’.
The judging panel that decided on the shortlist included Unilever vice president of global media innovation Babs Rangaiah, Ipsos MediaCT executive vice-president for corporate development Ian Wright and Diageo vice-president of global marketing Venky Balakrishnan.
The
full shortlist can be seen on the Braves website. The winners will be announced on July 11 during a premiere-style evening at the Vue Cinema in Leiceseter Square, London.
