Omnicom Media Group (OMG) has appointed Sean Hoban to the role of managing director for Central and Eastern Europe.

Hoban will oversee the group’s operations spanning 36 offices across 30 countries. He replaces Ian Clarke, who has taken up a leadership role at PHD EMEA.

Former UM exec Hoban first joined OMG in 2001, managing accounts for Apple, Visa and Sony at OMD International. Since 2010, he has been responsible for OMG international clients including HP, Telenor, FedEx, and Icelandair.
