What do each of you do? The six of us co-founded the business four years ago in Paris. Jean-Marc Pericone took the helm as CEO; Marc Rouanet became chief revenue officer -– general manager EMEA; Christophe Ménard, chief programmatic officer; Romain Parent, chief network officer; Jerem Febvre, chief operations officer; and Aymeric Le Corre; chief technology officer.

Together, we now run the largest skins compliant network in the world with 50 employees in four countries.

Whats the track record?

Sublime Skinz was founded in Paris in December 2012. Fast-forward to June 2015 and we had raised $5m to facilitate global expansion and respond to market demand for increased viewability. Earlier this year, we opened our fourth office in NYC.

Whats the elevator pitch?

Sublime Skinz is a leading ad tech company specialising in the distribution and optimisation of skin-based advertising. It’s the first platform of its kind to work with advertisers, publishers, media agencies, media trading desks, and ad networks to drive efficient skin-based advertising campaigns at scale. We have access to every page of the site and apply smart capping and targeting, all using IO based or programmatic technology.

We provide actionable statistics and transparent insights in real time, allowing brands to capitalise on the most impactful format with the greatest coverage across multiple websites.

What does this mean?

We simplify the distribution of the skin by broadcasting a high impact and non-intrusive ad on thousands of sites using one unique creative that can be measured and optimised in real time. This strategy maximises revenue and return on ad investment for our clients.

What makes your company different from its competitors?

No company can industrialise the process like we can. We take one creative and distribute it across thousands of websites, while providing in-depth real-time measurement and optimisation.

Who are your clients? 

In 2015, we launched more than 2,000 campaigns displayed on 3,000+ websites, targeting more than 250 million internet users. We work with the most important communications groups around the world such as Havas, Publicis, WPP, and Omnicom.

How will your company change the world? 

We have already changed the way people advertise with our ability to deliver efficient skin-based advertising campaigns at scale. We trust in our ad format: highly impactful, non intrusive, and user friendly. People are rejecting intrusive ads more and more because they interrupt their user experience. That’s why ad blocking is growing. The latest wave of the IAB UK’s Ad Blocking Report, conducted online by YouGov, reveals that 22% of British adults online are currently using ad blocking software. Globally, 25% of adults do so. We think that implementation of non-intrusive, creative formats can be part of the solution.
