The&Partnership North America strengthens its leadership team with two new leadership hires

The&Partnership North America has appointed BBDO Atlanta chief creative officer Wilfrid Boudreau and Spring Studios global head of strategy Richard Welch to its leadership team, effective immediately.

 

the&The new appointments have been made to drive growth in the New York area, working with key clients The Wall Street Journal, Pernod Ricard, Alcoa and Credit Suisse.

“This is the beginning of an exciting new chapter for The&Partnership,” said North America chief executive officer Andrew Bailey. “Wil and Richard are two brilliantly talented individuals, and each has a track record for creating inspiring, ground-breaking work which is as impressive as the other’s.

Welch, who is the new chief strategy officer, previously worked at Ogilvy, Gap Global and Lowe with over 16 years’ experience in brand marketing.

Boudreau, who joins as chief creative officer, has more than two decades of experience as a creative cross-channel copywriter.
