Leaders from global brand owners such as Unilever, Nestle and PepsiCo, and regional giants IndoFoods and GrabTaxi, are to speak at Festival of Media Asia Pacific 2015.
Festival of Media Asia Pacific returns to the Capella Singapore on 22-24 March 2015, offering a unique insight into why global brands are attracted to APAC, and how regional brands are expanding globally.
Sessions will also offer expertise from the breadth of the APAC region, with speakers from India, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and Australia.
Nestle’s head of digital marketing and social media for Greater China, Hannelore Grams, will explain how the FMCG giant is tackling the complex world of social media in the world’s most populous nation.
Rohit Jawa, chairman and CEO for Unilever Philippines, and Shiv Shivakumar, chairman and CEO at PepsiCo India Holdings, will also outline to delegates how global brand strategies are implemented in local markets.
The event will also be showcasing aggressive local challenger brands.
Anastasia Sutadji, CMO at Indonesia’s largest food company Indofood, and Cheryl Goh, global VP marketing at Southeast Asia’s fastest growing taxi app services, GrabTaxi, will highlight how APAC brands are expanding beyond their domestic markets.
