ZenithOptimedia has announced a new, London-based worldwide client leadership team, with Tamina Plum and Christian Lee (pictured, below) taking on senior posts.

Plum and Lee have both been appointed managing partners, client solutions, Worldwide, and will take joint responsibility for all of ZenithOptimedia’s global client teams based in London.

Plum, who joined from Starcom in 2012, is promoted from her previous role as global client services director, while Lee was group managing partner at ZenithOptimedia UK.

Elsewhere, Fraser Heaviside becomes global client partner, Grant Miller – only two months into a new role of worldwide chief client officer – will head up the agency’s relationship with FMCG giant RB, and Gordana Buccisano becomes head of client solutions at ZenithOptimedia’s performance marketing network Performics.

Belinda Rowe, global managing partner, said: “ZenithOptimedia has one of the biggest central operations dedicated to managing global clients. Having the right talent to help drive business growth and lead our client solutions is critical, so I am absolutely delighted that we are creating this new leadership team by promoting some of our most experienced and successful leaders.”

It marks the latest phase in a period of change at Publicis Groupe, with ZenithOptimedia joining its fellow media agencies in a new division called Publicis Media, to be led by its chief executive Steve King.

It has not yet been announced what impact this will have on King’s day-to-day role at ZenithOptimedia.
