Bloomberg appoint new commercial director for Asia Pacific

Dan Molloy has been appointed as commercial director for Asia Pacific, leading strategic partnership, distribution and marketing across platforms.

Molloy, who is coming from Kaplan Hong Kong where he was general manager, has over 17 years of media and advertising experience. His prior experience includes periods at Dow Jones Multi-Media Asia Pacific and Financial Times.

“Dan has spent over two decades in Asia and understands the nuances, mobility and pace of change in the region’s evolving media and business landscape,” Bloomberg Media managing director for Asia Pacificsaid Parry Ravindranathan. “We will benefit from his wealth of commercial operations, multimedia and advertising sales experience, and his proven track record with some of the region’s leading media companies.
