Media and marketing organisations will be able to shine a light on their talent recruitment and retention programmes through M&M Global’s all-new Talent Award.
The prize, first introduced as part of last year’s M&M Global Award, is being relaunched as a free-to-enter category, with the aim of celebrating the best ideas in attracting and managing talent.
The category will award the organisation that has best developed, implemented and continued to deliver a talent strategy which has not only recruited, retained and trained the right staff, but has improved business results, helped deliver new business and created a great working culture.
The winning entry can be either an implemented long-term solution, demonstrating how the culture has been changed and how it has positively impacted year-on-year metrics such as employee retention, or a smart, inspirational one-off initiative with novel impact to attract talent or increase the brand perception of the employer.
The deadline for entries for the Talent Award is Thursday 6 July, with a shortlist announced on Thursday 20 July. Click here for more information on how to enter.
Last year’s inaugural Talent Award was won by MEC for its ‘Disrupting the Talent Paradigm’ initiative.
The M&M Global Awards 2017 are open for entries for another two weeks, with the deadline set for 18 May. The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony on Thursday 7 September at London’s Natural History Museum.
