Oliver Group chief executive and founder Simon Martin discussed how the demand to create more content and execute it in a more efficient and effective way has led to the recent surge in in-house agencies.
Martin explained his business model, which he founded in 2004 having contracted the entrepreneurial bug after 16 years at a big corporate, as a “full managed service”. He described his unique agency structure as “exactly what you can expect from an agency but we do it within a client’s world” in a video interview with M&M Global.
“We become their own dedicated agency,” he added, “with our technology being fully managed and in the heart of their business, really close to them, doing things faster and doing things better, doing things more effectively and efficiently.”
