Boosted by a $54m injection of equity and debt financing, RadiumOne has revealed a clutch of senior appointments to accelerate its international growth.

The marketing technology company has promoted Anna Baird from chief financial officer to president. She will oversee sales, client services, business and corporate development, as well as retaining her CFO role.

Dave Zinman has been promoted from chief product officer to chief operating officer, where he will be responsible for all products, research and development and operations.

Dimitri Vaynblat, previously senior vice president of data, optimisation and product strategy, becomes chief technology and data officer, while Mike Werner has been given the title executive vice president North American sales.

RadiumOne chief executive Bill Lonergan said the company expects to reach $220m in revenue by the end of 2015, and claims it is achieving 50% year-over-year revenue growth.

He added the new appointments will help the firm to “remain agile and efficient” while developing new products and services for clients.

“[Baird] and [Zinman] are both extraordinary executives and, in the short amount of time they’ve been with us, have profoundly impacted RadiumOne from our infrastructure and operations to the array and quality of our products,” said Lonergan.

“Additionally, [Vaynblat] brings vision and innovation to our patented and award-winning data-science, technology, applications and infrastructure.

“Mike Werner’s outstanding ability to anticipate and exceed our clients’ needs has helped us grow with new brands and agencies. Together, this cohesive team will continue to drive and extend RadiumOne’s remarkable performance and leadership in the ad tech industry.”

Earlier this summer, RadiumOne appointed ZenithOptimedia France’s chief data officer, Julien Braun, as senior director of data and platform, EMEA.
